A park at the foothills of Kurayoshi’s symbol Mt. Utsubuki (elevation 204m). Listed among the 100 best places for flower-viewing and the foremost in the San’in region, every spring sees the blooming of approximately 4,000 cherry trees and 40,000 azaleas.
With the fresh verdure in summer, the changing colours in autumn, and the camellia in winter, the park is counted among Japan’s 100 foremost municipal parks and is a treat for the soul.
